Video Tip of the Week

Your Background.

Ever give it much thought when you film?

There’s a whole specialty dedicated to backgrounds called greenscreening. If you want to find out more about it, let me know. (Or just google it. There’s plenty of info on it.)

However…

Today, we’re just going to talk about paying a little attention to what’s behind you when you film. — That’s all.

You can use it to convey a message. — Take for example a popular video internet marketing diva. I saw her video (clearly had a pro cameraman, and a good editor for this shoot). — Anyway, she stood in front of fancy upscale shops in Beverly Hills.

Different shops, and images of wealth.

They conveyed a message unto themselves.

What matters here is you get that your background can help you to set the mood, communicate a message… and look nice all at the same time.

That’s it for today’s tip.

Allright… remember, keep it simple.
