Recording your reflection in a mirror.
You’ve seen this, yes?
A person is facing the mirror while recording their message, and they’re looking right at themselves.
EXCEPT… where they’re looking doesn’t reflect their gaze back at the camera lens.
Instead, it appears to the viewer that this person is talking to themselves (or practicing a speech) in the mirror.
So, when you use this technique, be sure to look at the relfection of the camera lens in the mirror.
You’ll notice when you play the recording, it’s as if you were looking right at the viewer the whole time.
